Richard L. Peel is the Managing Partner and a founder of Peel Brimley LLP, with over 30 years of experience in the construction industry. He earned his Juris Doctor from the J. Reuben Clark Law School at Brigham Young University in 1991 and a Bachelor of Science in International Marketing with honors from Arizona State University in 1987.
